Monsters and goblins invade the Embassy. Trick, or treat?

Dozens of kids and their parents invaded
the hallways and offices of the Embassy today, disguised
as witches or devils and hoping to scare everyone into giving
them a treat in order to avoid a terrible trick. In the
end, everyone had fun.
