Fulbright Scholar Cara Grayer Visits Uruguay

Lectures on regulatory process of telecommunications at University of Montevideo

Cara Grayer Johnson, second from the left, presented a lecture at the University of Montevideo on the regulatory process of telecommunications in Latin America and the United States. Many of the leading businessmen from the largest private telecommunications companies attended the presentation. Dr. Grayer was engaged in Buenos Aires as a Fulbright scholar in the study of Latin American telecommunications regulations. She is Attorney Advisor for the International Bureau, Federal Communications Commission, and professor at the American University School of Law.
