URUGUAYAN AMERICAN SCHOOL INAUGURATION

Ambassador Martin J. Silverstein spoke at the inaugural celebration of the new Uruguayan American School building. President Jorge Batlle, Minister of Education and Culture Dr. Leonardo Guzman and Dr. William Scotti, Regional Education Officer of the Office of Overseas Schools, Department of State attended the reception held at the new school building Aug. 4.
