Chef Marcelo Bornio and Mrs. Kathy Baxter, wife of U.S. Ambassador Frank Baxter, talk about the best techniques for cooking a Thanksgiving turkey during a morning show called "Bien Despiertos," aired live on Montevideo's Channel 12, November 26, 2008.

Live on Uruguayan national television, Mrs. Baxter explains how to prepare a Thanksgiving turkey. Although the celebration of Thanksgiving is not part of Uruguayan culture, a great deal of interest has been generated in this event by movies and shows from North America.
