CalArts professors Leo Hobaica and Glenna Avila with U.S. Deputy Chief of Mission Robin Mattweman. Hobaica and Avila visited Uruguay April 13-19 to experience the country's dynamic museums, schools, software incubators, and universities. CalArts (California Institute of the Arts) is located in Valencia, a suburb of Los Angeles, California. The institute specializes in interdiciplinary, contemporary art.
