This is one of the Alianza's smallest English language teaching facilities in Uruguay. Chuy is located in the municipality of Rocha, Uruguay's easternmost region. The border between Brazil and Uruguay passes through the middle of the city along its main avenue. Ambassador Baxter and his wife Kathy were visiting Chuy as part of their trip to Rocha and Treinta y Tres, April 22-23.
