Ambassador Baxter Visits Artigas and Rivera in Northern Uruguay

Meets with local government officials, tours industrial sites

The municipality of Rivera is located in northern Uruguay on the border with Brazil. Its capital city, also named Rivera, is a border community that forms an international city of 200.000 inhabitants together with Livramento (Brazil.)
