Students from Wildwood School of Los Angeles, California, pose for a photo op with Ambassador Frank E. Baxter and a group of children from Colegio Banneux of Montevideo as well as 3 Uruguayan high school students who participated in the 2008 Youth Ambassadors program. The 14 students from California and 3 of their teachers are participating in a program known as International Community Involvement, designed to give students an opportunity to become involved and form relationships with other peoples and other cultures through service and exchange. Colegio Banneux is school for children living in marginalized areas of Montevideo where parents work as volunteers in exchange for tuition under a program called "Niņos con Alas" (Kids with Wings.)
