Uruguay's Foreign Minister Reinaldo Gargano greets U.S. Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez in front of the Foreign Ministry building in Montevideo as the Secretary wraps up his two-day visit to Uruguay. During the Octoober 8-9 visit, Secretary Gutierrez met with senior government officials and the business community to discuss ways to promote greater bilateral trade, economic growth and opportunity and to foster greater commercial cooperation between the United States and Uruguay.
